Nev is mine and Dave's best mate.  He is not looking at his best at the moment as you can see.  However he has reached the dizzy heights of Britain's top orienteer in his age group, and qualified for elite in the London Marathon even though he drinks like a fish and smokes.

Our favourite Mr. organiser enters us for orienteering events and plans all our holidays often years in advance.

Like all runners he is obsessed by his weight and the colour of his wee.

Unusually for an old man Nev likes dance music.

Like most male orienteers, Nev is single, and he lives at home with his mum and dad.

Still the above not withstanding, we don't know what we would do without him.
