Important notice UPDATED:
There was a typographic error on event sheets distributed at the JK concerning the number of points to qualify as a handicap team on the B course.

Based on the entries we have received to date we have decided to accept B course handicap and women’s handicap with 29 handicap points or less.

Details on the website and online entry form have been updated to reflect this.
We would be grateful if competitors reading this could make sure that your club captain is aware of this change at the earliest opportunity.

Night of 17/18th May 2008

Location

The event is located between High Wycombe and Princes Risborough just 5 miles north of the afternoon's event. It will be based in a large field adjacent to the competition area. All event facilities will be in this Assembly field.

Typical Chiltern mixed woodland of Park Wood and Naphill Common. Scale 1:10,000. A3. Updated for the Harvester 2008.

Courses

There are two courses:  a 7 leg A course and 5 leg B course.   Each course has a number of classifications that a team may compete in.

Handicap points

Handicap points are calculated based on age group. Each age class is accorded a points value as follows: The team total is the sum of points for all runners in the team.

Prizes

The winning teams in all will receive "Harvester Relay 2008" beanie hats as prizes.

Facilities

Camping is available in the Assembly field (+campervans). There is no charge for this. NO OPEN FIRES ALLOWED. The Chiltern towns and villages have plenty of B&B/hotel accommodation. There will be room for Club tents alongside the Run-in/Finish.

Wilf's Café will be in attendance all night. There are 2 pubs within reasonable walking distance, although they are usually very busy on a Saturday night.

Entry details

The Harvester Relay can be entered ONLY BY POST using this entry form.
There is no on-line entry system.

Closing Date: 3rd May 2008 Limited EOD may be available.

   B Course (5 legs) £50
   All junior team on B course £25
